My pricing breakdown:

    Cash cost: $1200

    • $600 due at contract signing and $600 due at 36 weeks.

    • Available with a sliding scale, do not hesitate to reach out if the cost is not attainable for you currently.

    I am a Medicaid provider with Molina, McLaren, Priority Health, BCC, and Aetna.

    • In the future I hope to be credentialed with HAP, United, Meridian, Carrot, and Tricare.
